You've got to be crazy to write travel guides, much less (organ
swell) dining guides. A chef leaves, a supplier changes,
and poof! - there goes your vegan pizza crust. Things change
so fast in our world, we sometimes wonder why we try.
Then we get an e-mail, or a letter, from someone who's taken our
advice seriously and gotten a fabulous meal because of it. Our chests
swell with pride, and our noses go back to the grindstone with renewed
vigor.
But vigor alone won't get a dining guide written - we need help!
Our work is exhaustive and time consuming. And as anyone who bought
Vegetarian Walt Disney World and Greater Orlando knows, we're
sticklers for quality.
We're looking for three types of contributor:
- Local Expert - You'll be a resource for us to tap when
we have a question, or when we're simply canvassing a region for
inclusion in a book.
- Volunteer Contributor - You'll actually compile
info in a systematic way and write reviews for inclusion in a
book.Right now, we're looking hard for contributors to help us
